At KidFitters, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide high-quality kids clothing that meets your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The size received is different from what was ordered
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact

Return Request Timeframe

All return or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or washed clothing
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email
  2. Provide your order number and issue details
  3. Share clear pictures of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refunds may be issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or store credit
  • Cash refunds are not applicable for COD orders

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or product issues, subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund or store credit will be provided.

Return Shipping

Customers may be required to send the product back to us. In certain cases (such as defective or incorrect items), KidFitters may cover the return shipping cost.

Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within 5–7 working days after receiving the returned item.
